Human Resources Business Partner - PS MIA. PS is a luxury hospitality company that builds and operates private terminals for commercial flights. PS currently operates at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and is developing new terminals at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport. Serve as a strategic partner for senior and departmental leadership, providing comprehensive HR support across operational levels. Analyze workforce trends, develop HR solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, advocate for employees and company values. Offer performance management support, foster positive work environments, and address employee relations issues. Apply strong problem-solving skills to manage complex situations and conduct thorough investigations. Contribute to workforce planning, policy interpretation, and training needs identification. Collaborate with the HR Team and other departments; partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain diverse talent aligned with PS’s long-term success. Be a member of the PSMIA management committee and participate in opening preparations at MIA in 2026; report to the Corporate HR Manager and collaborate with the Managing Director PS MIA. Responsibilities & Expectations

Consult with the Managing Director MIA, Directors, and Managers onsite to provide HR guidance. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to Managers and Directors of Operations, Hospitality, and F&B (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention through collaboration with Managers and Associates. Provide consultation and support on Employee relations issues and policy interpretation. Manage and resolve complex Employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for day-to-day workforce management, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance. Provide information about benefits, training, and other HR programs; offer policy guidance and workforce management input. Identify training needs for business and individual coaching; collaborate with HR Team and cross-functional teams to meet onsite needs and develop strategic programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract high-quality, diverse team members and leaders who contribute to PS’s long-term success. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, business or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role with strong Employee Relations knowledge. Advanced knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws (federal and state). Preference for HR experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail, with pre-opening/grand opening experience. Ability to coach, develop, and lead people effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results amid change. Ability to influence and collaborate with all management levels and associates. Ability to evaluate, analyze, and resolve complex problems. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred. Employee Benefits
