Staffing and Recruiting Responsibilities
Fill positions. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess performance and fit for the roles/firm. Manage the complete hiring process including scheduling interviews, handling candidate communication and feedback. Conduct reference and background checks. Develop strong links with candidates and hiring managers to provide a positive candidate experience and make the hiring process effective. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process. Meet with hiring managers as frequently as possible to conduct job intakes and updates on active searches. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best hiring practices to ensure the firm is attracting and hiring top talent. Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree required. 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in Banking or FS-related fields filling Branch Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Bank Teller positions. ADP WorkforceNOW experience preferred. ATS Experience required.
