Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple sites across the Southeast region. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on support at the site level. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Travel: Travel within the Southeast to partner with leaders and provide on-site HR support. Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership, aligning HR practices with business objectives. Provide day-to-day HR support to site leaders and employees, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits education, and compliance guidance. Lead and support key projects including: SOP and HR process development across acquired entities. FLSA-related reviews (job descriptions, wage analysis, market pricing). Performance management and succession planning rollouts. Orientation and onboarding across multiple small sites. Conduct workplace investigations, coach leaders, and resolve employee concerns in line with company policies and employment law. Partner with L&D to enhance employee development programs. Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Travel within the Southeast to partner with leaders and provide on-site HR support. Locations Covered

Canton, GA Charlotte, NC (two entities located here) Birmingham, AL Sanford, FL Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role. Experience supporting multiple entities or regions strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, FLSA, and compensation practices. Ability to influence leaders, build relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor. Comfortable operating in environments with limited structure and building processes from the ground up. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS (UKG Pro preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel (up to 40% initially, then ~25–35% ongoing). Cultural Fit
