Overview
The Site IT Lead provides 2nd-level IT support by working with business users and IT subject matter experts to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable and secure technology systems for local business operations and supporting infrastructure projects across the site. Responsibilities
Provide customer-focused IT support by tracking and resolving incidents, service requests, and root causes. Maintain network security, including antivirus, spam filtering, updates, and web filtering. Create and maintain IT knowledge base documentation; support disaster recovery planning. Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, intranet, and internet systems with assistance from infrastructure and BA teams. Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Skype accounts. Support infrastructure projects and perform additional assigned duties. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 35 years of professional experience in an IT technical role. Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Experience with LAN/WAN networking and Active Directory administration. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently or in teams. Seniority level
