Drury Displays, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and versatile IT Systems and Applications Administrator. The IT Systems and Applications Administrator is a key member of the technology team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the companys IT infrastructure, databases, and applications. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with project support, vendor coordination, and end-user training to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable business operations. Key Responsibilities

Systems Administration Maintain and configure IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy patches and updates via Big Fix. Support data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness efforts to ensure business continuity. Document systems, configurations, and procedures to maintain consistency and streamline troubleshooting. Database and Application Administration Administer and optimize critical business systems such as Apparatix (OOH-billboard software) and Sage Intacct integrations. Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of company databases. Collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues, enhance performance, and implement updates. Assist with the planning and execution of IT-related projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Evaluate and recommend vendor solutions, integrating new technologies that improve business operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the functionality and usage of software systems. Security & Compliance Enforce IT security policies, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. Contribute to cybersecurity strategies and disaster recovery planning. Support & Training Provide technical support and training on internal systems, including Microsoft 365 and industry-specific applications. Serve as part of the help desk team, addressing connectivity and hardware/software issues promptly. Stay up to date with IT trends and recommend improvements to systems and processes. Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 6 years of experience in IT systems administration, networking, database management, or infrastructure support roles. Infrastructure & Systems Management Expert knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Server environments, Active Directory (on-prem), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Proficiency with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with proven ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Cloud Platforms & Identity Management Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online for cloud-based identity, productivity, and communication systems. Skilled in implementing and managing enterprise cloud storage solutions such as OneDrive and SharePoint Online. Experience with modern configuration management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, or Autopilot). Automation, Databases & Applications Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform, or similar). Moderate SQL Server experience with the ability to advance further. Experience with CRM systems and a strong willingness to learn new platforms. Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software is a plus. Certifications Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, or VMware VCP are preferred. Preferred Skills Knowledge of IT project implementation and basic database administration. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for end-user support. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Employment details
