We are seeking a Email Marketing Manager to lead our external email communications strategy, supporting initiatives such as Build, Innovate, Elevate: Level Up with AI Skills and ongoing organizational campaigns. This role will play a key part in engaging supporters, driving donations, and keeping our community informed through targeted and impactful email campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in email marketing strategy and execution.
• Proficient with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Skilled in audience segmentation and list management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit email compliance policies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute email donation campaigns to drive engagement and fundraising.
• Develop and send monthly newsletters with updates, stories, and upcoming events.
• Identify and grow target audiences through effective email segmentation strategies.
• Manage and maintain the email database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of quarterly email campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with nonprofit email policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align email strategies with broader organizational goals.
