Getting lost in isolated curriculum experiments that don\'t scale Producing theoretical research disconnected from real-world impact Avoiding direct accountability by hiding behind organizational layers Making empty promises without backing them up with concrete results Director Of Learning Science Key Responsibilities

Advanced credentials (Master\'s/Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or aligned field Proven 7+ year track record leading high-performing academic or EdTech initiatives with demonstrable learning gains Demonstrated success in leveraging AI and technology to enhance learning outcomes Established thought leadership portfolio including speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles Expert-level performance management capabilities with experience leading high-caliber teams Mastery of data-driven decision making in educational contexts Strong stakeholder management skills across students, parents, and educational leaders Nice-to-have Requirements
Entrepreneurial experience in innovative education models or EdTech ventures Proven ability to navigate complex educational environments across different cultures and regions Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles and Bloom\'s 2 Sigma research About 2 Hour Learning
