You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will drive high-performance results within a fast-paced, solutions sales environment and focus on optimizing customer and employee experience. You will mentor your Assistant General Manager and participate in trainings and weekly sales leadership calls. You will motivate your team to excel in every guest interaction. Responsibilities

Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team. Teaching, coaching, and following our sales process with Every Guest Every Time Attracting and retaining top caliber employees. Brand advocate for Victra Providing ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives. Engaging in sales strategy development to showcase our products and services throughout the store. Ensuring store employees meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time. Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives. Maintaining store performance through retail inventory compliance. Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports. Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base. Owning store success and leading store employees’ work-related needs, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions. Owning all guest escalations and providing timely resolutions. Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to the team and providing timely follow-up. Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring guests receive complete solutions. Qualifications / What We Are Looking For

1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment. Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment. Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team. Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge. High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods. At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift ten pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra. Compensation

Base Pay: $43,888.00 Pay rates include base pay at the above rate, with the opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus. The average all-in pay is $69,572 per year for this role. What We Offer
