High level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced, demand-driven sales environment and focus on optimizing customer and employee experience. Mentor for the Assistant General Manager and complete trainings; attend weekly sales leadership calls. Motivate the team to perform at their best in every guest interaction. Build, develop, and mentor the sales team; teach, coach, and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time. Attract and retain top-caliber employees; brand advocate for Victra. Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives. Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store. Ensure store employees meet monthly success measurements and complete required training on time. Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives; maintain store performance through inventory compliance. Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports. Identify innovative ways to drive store traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base. Own store success and manage store employees’ work-related needs, leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions. Own guest escalations and provide timely resolutions. Clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members and provide timely follow-up. Stay up to date with new sales promotions and ensure guests receive a complete solution to meet current and future needs. Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay: $43,888.00 Opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus; average all-in pay is $69,572 per year for this role. 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals Able to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge High school diploma or GED One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Physical and Training

Ability to lift ten pounds Ability to stand for long periods Complete four-day New Hire University (NHU) training within two weeks of start date; may include overnight travel Ongoing online and computer-based training throughout employment After you apply
