Opportunity to join a well-established, $250M General Contractor with deep roots across Southern California. With a diverse portfolio and a strong backlog, we’re seeking a Project Executive with education project experience to take ownership of complex K-12, higher education, and healthcare construction projects. Location : Bay Compensation : 200-250k+ with 100% employer-paid benefits and bonus. What You’ll Do
Lead ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and client relations Mentor and manage Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, and Superintendents Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all phases Partner with executives on long-term project planning and team development What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong background in education projects Proven leadership managing projects in the $10M–$50M range or larger Deep knowledge of project documentation, contracts, and cost control Ability to lead multiple teams and stakeholders toward successful delivery Why Join
