As Alpha expands rapidly, we\'re seeking a dynamic leader to champion enrollment and build trust at our new campus. In this high-autonomy role, you will spearhead enrollment growth, overseeing pipelines and admissions cycles while fostering continuous parent engagement.
Alpha defies traditional schooling. With students completing core academics in just two hours daily through AI-driven apps, afternoons are dedicated to honing skills in public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving. No lectures. No busywork. Just exceptional outcomes, with students achieving in the top 1% nationwide. Your mission is not to sell, but to guide. Families ready for a transformative experience need someone who can articulate their dreams and concerns with clarity. Lead them in choosing Alpha with insight and authenticity.
Forge strong community ties, conduct impactful info sessions, activate parent advocates, and collaborate with local organizations. This role demands 80% on-site presence at a single campus and occasional travel for outreach.

What You Will Be Doing
Managing the entire enrollment pipeline for your campus, from initial inquiries to waitlist management.
Conducting engaging info sessions and one-on-one discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated advocates.
Frequent travel to campus and local events to enhance visibility and establish trust.
Nurturing partnerships with community entities and influencers to elevate regional visibility.
Providing insights on parent sentiment, conversion trends, and local engagement opportunities.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Using scripted sales methods or impersonal outreach.
Compromising on standards or the mission to win over skeptical parents.
Delegating relationship-building to campus staff or remaining in the background.
Working solely from behind a desk—this role is deeply integrated into the community.
Director Of Parent Engagement & Advocacy Key Responsibilities Develop a waitlist of over 150 students through a trust-centric enrollment strategy and unwavering parent engagement.
Basic Requirements
Must live within commuting distance of one of the following campuses: Arizona - Scottsdale; California - San Francisco or Santa Barbara; Florida - Palm Beach; New York - New York City; Texas - Austin.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
At least 5 years of experience in education, outreach, or enrollment with families.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to earn trust and facilitate complex decision-making.
Strong belief in Alpha’s fast-paced, high-expectation learning approach.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
