Senior Business Development Manager - Finance & Accounting - PA, NJ, DE. Our client, a privately held manufacturing company with a strong reputation for growth and innovation, is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee their accounting operations. This is a highly visible role within the organization, offering direct impact on business performance and the opportunity to mentor and develop a team. Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting Lead month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate results Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts and support leadership with data-driven insights Partner with auditors and ensure compliance with reporting requirements Leverage cost accounting expertise to provide accurate product costing, margin analysis, and operational insights Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies within the finance function Support budgeting, planning, and revenue recognition activities Mentor and develop accounting team members while fostering cross-department collaboration What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA required 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and analytical skills Why This Role
