HR Director
to lead our HR function and partner with our General Manager and executive team. In this highly visible role, you’ll shape HR strategy, drive organizational effectiveness, and create a positive employee experience across the business.
What You’ll Do
Partner with leadership to design and deliver HR strategies that align with business goals
Lead talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development
Oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where employees can thrive
Guide and develop HR staff to support day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of strategic HR leadership at a senior level in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
Proven ability to influence leaders and build trust across teams
Empathetic, approachable, and decisive leader with strong HRIS experience
