Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in go-to-market, business development, or product specialist in the programmatic space or digital advertising industry. 2 years of experience in consulting, product management, business strategy, operations, or project management. Experience in working with Agencies, Programmatic Media Buyers and Data Providers and DSPs (demand side platforms). Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and engaged contexts related to the programmatic advertising space. Ability to take data, insights and distill them into meaningful and coherent presentations for leadership and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fluid environment, while navigating ambiguity throughout the process. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex business or technical concepts internally. About The Job

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. Google’s Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships, building relationships that solve user needs and advance partners’ goals. In this role, you will be building and distributing Google products through partnerships across multiple product areas and collaborate across Google to engage with our partners. Within Global Partnerships (GP), the Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to promote ad inventory, working with Google’s partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager across mobile, display, and video formats. The Global Partnerships team explores new opportunities with Google’s partners and supports Google’s Product teams with partnerships to enable product growth, go-to-market strategies, and incubate business growth for various products. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share the specific range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Compensation details reflect base salary; bonus, equity, and benefits are not included. Drive development of go-to-market strategies for a rapidly changing product and team environment spread across offices around the globe. Work with product teams to contribute to product development, advocate for partners, set goals for product adoption, and translate market and sales asks into global sales requirements to drive product development. Deliver product training and collaborate with Exchange teams to craft and execute a partner engagement strategy. Translate technical product details into benefits for partners, stakeholders, and users. Attend external partner meetings as the Authorized Buyers and Exchange product expert. Cultivate expert knowledge for Agencies, Programmatic Buyers, and ad technology; advocate for partners in product strategy discussions.
