Cultivating excellence by mentoring and developing our Alpha Guides into extraordinary learning facilitators Architecting comprehensive playbooks that become the gold standard for educational facilitation Delivering game-changing feedback that transforms good Guides into exceptional ones Leading by example through hands-on student mentorship, showcasing the art of effective coaching What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating traditional lesson plans – our cutting-edge apps handle the content delivery, while you focus on developing outstanding facilitators Compromising on excellence – we maintain our 100% mastery standard with pride Running conventional training sessions – your development approach will be dynamic, interactive, and transformative Program Director Key Responsibilities
Your core mission is to elevate our Guide team to unprecedented levels of excellence in implementing the Alpha system, creating an educational experience that sets new standards in the industry. Basic Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring: A bachelor\'s degree (field of study open) 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for building high-performance teams Significant experience working with students aged 5-18 Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities Ability to work on-site at either our Spotswood, NJ or Salt Lake City, UT location Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship About Alpha

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
