Relations Specialist II - Temporary/Seasonal

We’re looking for a client-first, detail-savvy professional to join our Support team as a Relations Specialist II in a temporary seasonal capacity through December 31, 2025. Top-performing employees may be considered for full-time, permanent placement at the end of the contract period. What You’ll Do

Serve as the frontline contact for client inquiries, resolving issues quickly and professionally Log and track interactions in our case management system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring SLA compliance Proactively spot and escalate recurring service issues and trends Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex client concerns and ensure seamless handoffs Deliver platform training and support knowledge-sharing efforts within the team What You Bring

You’re experienced in a client-facing environment where excellence, speed, and precision go hand in hand. You have a proven track record of resolving cases effectively, working across teams, and keeping the client’s experience at the center of your work. You’re tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and continuously looking for ways to improve how things get done. Qualifications Include

Experience resolving client inquiries in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Familiarity with case management tools like Salesforce or similar systems Demonstrated ability to meet tight SLAs and maintain high accuracy Clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal Proven success collaborating with teams to manage and resolve escalations Why ProService
