Overview
As our Claims Performance Manager, you’ll transform how we manage workers\' compensation claims through data, strategy, and process excellence. Your mission is to drive measurable improvement in claim outcomes—faster resolution, lower costs, and better compliance—by uncovering actionable insights and influencing cross-functional execution. This is a high-impact, analytics-forward role that requires both strategic thinking and operational rigor. What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that give claims leaders real-time visibility into performance and bottlenecks Analyze claim trends to surface high-risk patterns, reduce wasteful medical spend, and drive faster attainment of maximum medical improvement Recommend and implement initiatives that reduce claim duration, cost, or exposure—turning data into action with clear ROI Evaluate workflows and provider performance to improve segmentation, optimize resolution processes, and enforce medical best practices Collaborate with legal, operations, and compliance teams to align on key strategies and eliminate process gaps Produce regular reporting and insights for senior leaders to spotlight progress, risks, and areas for improvement What You Bring
You’re a data-savvy problem solver with a proven ability to drive operational performance through strategic insight. You know how to turn metrics into meaningful action, influence stakeholders across teams, and raise the bar on execution—all without needing authority to lead. Proven ability to translate complex claims data into clear, strategic recommendations that influence decision-making Hands-on experience improving claims processes through workflow optimization, reporting, and automation Advanced proficiency with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to identify trends, track KPIs, and uncover early risks Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across legal, operations, and compliance functions Track record of independently managing high-impact projects that improve performance and meet business goals Why ProService
