Overview
Concierge Emergency Medicine Physician – Per Diem in BRAND NEW LOCATION IN BELLEVUE, WA (Winter 2025). Sollis Health is opening a new Bellevue location in January 2025. In this role you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics. This position supports adult and pediatric patients for cases that would typically be treated in a traditional emergency room. Responsibilities
Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine. Perform medical procedures including obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering IV medications and IV fluids, and performing EKGs. Lead medical management by collaborating with PAs, nurses, and technicians to discuss assessments. Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including testing, point-of-care testing, antibody testing, symptom management, and recommendations. Document clinical evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record (Athena Health). Work with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure policy adherence and high-quality care in an innovative setting. Coordinate additional care with After Care, house calls teams, or Medical Partners. Provide patient-centered, empathetic communication and help patients and families understand care plans. Contribute to the team’s operational projects as needed and perform related duties as requested. Experience
We value diverse backgrounds. Ideally, candidates will have: Medical Degree from an Accredited University. WA State physician license and ability to practice in Washington. ABEM board certification. 2+ years of experience as a physician in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers (outside of residency). BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required at hire. DEA license. Concierge, EMS/prehospital experience is a plus. Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in emergency department and urgent care settings. Skills
Strong clinical skills and bedside manner. Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems (Athena Health, Slack, Salesforce, Humanity, etc.). Proficient phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration.| Ability to work in a fluid, multitasking environment with strong organizational skills. Problem-solving and adaptable mindset. Compensation
Range: $180 - $210 per hour. This rate is an anticipated figure Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay in Washington State and may vary by factors such as experience, location, and education. Actual pay may differ for positions located outside of this specific locality. Benefits
