Concierge Emergency Medicine Physician - Full Time - BRAND NEW LOCATION IN BELLEVUE - WINTER 2025

Sollis Health is coming to Washington! Our first location is opening in Bellevue in January 2025. In the role of a Physician you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room. Full Time - 32 hours/week - 7a - 3p, 3p - 11p and on-call 11p-7a (LOW VOLUME!!) Responsibilities
Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine. Perform medical procedures including obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering IV medications and IV fluids, and performing EKGs. Lead the medical management of patients in clinics by working with PAs, nurses, and technicians to discuss assessments. Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including obtaining clinical samples for testing, performing point-of-care testing, obtaining blood for antibody tests, providing general symptom management and recommendations. Document clinical evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record, Athena Health. Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure policy adherence and high-quality care in an innovative setting. Coordinate additional care with After Care, house calls teams, or Medical Partners as needed. Provide patient- and family-centered communication, addressing questions professionally and empathetically. Contribute to team efforts by completing related operational projects as needed. Perform related duties as requested. Experience
We value diverse backgrounds. Ideally, you would have: Medical Degree from an Accredited University. Physician state license and ability to practice in WA State. ABEM board certified required. 2+ years of experience as a physician in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers outside of residency. BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire. DEA license required. Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in emergency department and urgent care settings. Skills
Strong clinical skills. Tech savviness with the ability to use and/or learn systems including Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity. Phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration. Comfortable with emergency department and urgent care patients. Adaptability and ability to work in a fluid, multitasking environment. Strong process and organizational skills. Problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking. Compensation
Range: $180 - $210/hour + Bonus + Equity This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Washington State. Actual pay depends on factors including years of experience, location, and education. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and company equity.
