Concierge Emergency Medicine Physician - Per Diem- BRAND NEW LOCATION IN BELLEVUE - WINTER 2025

In the role of a Physician you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room. Per Diem- 7a - 3p, 3p - 11p and on-call 11p-7a (LOW VOLUME!!) Responsibilities Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine. Perform medical procedures that include but are not limited to obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering IV medications and IV fluids, and performing EKGs. Lead the medical management of patients in our clinics by working closely with a team of PAs, nurses, and technicians to discuss your assessment. Assess and treat Covid-related cases which includes obtaining clinical samples to test for the virus, performing point of care testing, obtaining blood for antibody tests, providing general symptom management and recommendations. Document clinical evaluation and treatment in the electronic health record, Athena Health. Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure policies are adhered to and that quality care is delivered in an innovative setting. Coordinate additional care with After Care, and house calls teams or with Medical Partners. Provide patient-centered empathetic communication, answer questions, and comfort patients and families professionally. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related operational projects as needed. Perform related duties as requested. Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have: Medical Degree from an Accredited University. Physician state license and ability to practice in WA State. ABEM board certified required. 2+ years experience as a physician in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers outside of residency BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire. DEA license required. Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in the emergency department and urgent care settings. Skills Strong clinical skills. Tech savviness with the ability to use and learn systems including Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce and Humanity. Phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration. Comfortable with emergency department and urgent care patients. Adaptable and able to multitask in a fluid environment. Strong process and organizational skills. Problem-solving and innovative thinking. Compensation Range: $180 - $210/hour This is the anticipated pay range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Washington State. Actual pay is dependent on factors such as experience, education, and location.
