Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, Deal Management works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. We are a group of experienced industry professionals with a background in operations who bring deep sector and functional knowledge to our clients. We prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, and advise on risk mitigation and successful change of operations, functions, and people. Responsibilities

As a Senior Director, you will be a vital member of the Strategy and Execution Deal Management team, leading and executing operationally focused projects. You will: Lead and manage projects across all sectors, directing our client service team in developing and executing strategies for transactions. Focus on business and practice development and on developing team members to achieve their career goals. Skills and Attributes for Success

Project Management – lead project teams across the Strategy and Transactions sub service lines. Business and Commercial Acumen – drive value for clients in a fast-paced environment. Business Development – drive client pursuits, including presentations and client meetings; contribute to practice development initiatives. People development – coach and mentor team members. Relationship Building – develop strong relationships with senior clients and key decision makers. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 8 years of related experience; or a graduate degree with ~7 years of related experience. MBA is preferred. Significant M&A management consulting experience. Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into insights. Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experience leading and managing in complex environments. Ability to assess technology, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure in detail. Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts. Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt to new challenges quickly. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; ability to develop long-lasting relationships internally and externally. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary. Ideally, you will also have Proven excellence in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role. Experience in another large professional services organization. Established networking skills in a relevant industry. Comprehensive compensation and benefits; base salary range for this job in all US locations is $250,000 to $290,000. Total Rewards include medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options. Hybrid model: most client-facing work requires in-person collaboration 40-60% of the time.
