As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and expanding relationships with existing clients. You’ll manage contract renewals, drive adoption and usage, upsell value-add services, and lead consulting engagements. This is a strategic role focused on long-term relationship success and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts Renew and expand annual subscriptions Drive client usage of core programs including live expert access and digital content Pitch and close consulting services (e.g. security assessments, advisory engagements) Develop account plans in collaboration with sales leadership to drive retention and growth Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and product capabilities Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting and delivery teams Ideal Candidate

3-8 years of B2B account management experience Strong relationship builder with consultative selling experience Organized, methodical, and resourceful Highly coachable with excellent communication skills Professional, relatable, and effective in both remote and in-person conversations Seniority level
