Corporate Counsel

We are a growing real estate and construction firm looking to hire a Counsel to oversee real estate transactions, corporate governance, and compliance. Responsibilities

Review, negotiate, and draft commercial leases and various real estate-related contracts.

Manage property acquisitions and dispositions.

Advise on corporate governance matters, including operating agreements and joint ventures.

Manage relationships with external legal counsel, title companies, and surveyors.

Monitor litigation matters and assist with dispute resolution as needed.

Must-Have Skills

4-8 years of legal experience within the commercial real estate industry.

Experience with financing transactions.

J.D. and license to practice in Minnesota.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of property tax appeals and construction agreements.

Experience with tenant financing waivers and subordination agreements.

Familiarity with managing REIT-related governance and compliance.
