What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a primary contact for the Rowan product line, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Utilize advanced sales techniques to engage high-value customers and drive market expansion
Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with the employer's sales objectives
Support clients using Rowan software for patent preparation and prosecution, driving adoption through hands-on engagement
Provide sales insights and market feedback to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams on future enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property
At least 3 years of IP experience related to patent drafting work
Strong understanding of USPTO patent filing requirements
Proven track record in successfully selling to law firms and/or corporate legal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous work experience as a Patent Attorney
In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape in patent solutions
Experience in developing best practices for product deployment and usage
