Serve as the primary contact for the Rowan product line, managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Utilize advanced sales techniques to engage high-value customers and drive market expansion Achieve and exceed sales targets, aligning with the employer's sales objectives Support clients in using Rowan software for patent preparation and prosecution, fostering software adoption Provide market insights and customer feedback to senior leadership to inform product roadmaps What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in sales and/or intellectual property At least 3 years of experience related to patent drafting work Strong understanding of USPTO patent filing requirements Proven track record of successfully selling into law firms and/or corporate legal teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience as a Patent Attorney In-depth knowledge of patent preparation and prosecution processes Familiarity with advanced sales and negotiation techniques in the legal sector Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams Ability to defend solutions against competitive offerings effectively #IntellectualProperty #SalesOpportunity #RemoteWork #CompetitiveSalary #CareerGrowth
