Our client, a dynamic multi-state operator (MSO) in the cannabis industry, is seeking a visionary

CEO

to oversee all aspects of Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Retail Operations. This executive will be responsible for achieving financial goals, driving operational excellence, and shaping the organization’s long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience from complex, highly regulated industries such as cannabis, tobacco, or alcohol. Location: Candidates must be currently based in Ohio Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the organization’s long-term vision, growth strategies, and business objectives. Build a high-performance leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. Serve as the external face of the company with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies. Financial Management Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. Drive initiatives to optimize revenue streams, control costs, and deliver on financial goals. Partner with the Board of Directors to align financial strategy with long-term business objectives. Operational Management Lead and integrate operations across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail to maximize efficiency and compliance. Implement operational best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity. Qualifications

Masters degree

REQUIRED Proven executive leadership experience, within

cannabis, tobacco, alcohol, or other regulated consumer goods industries . Strong track record in financial management, strategic growth, and operational leadership. Deep understanding of scaling multi-site operations and managing cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. What We Offer
