Lead execution and continuous improvement of productivity systems, including CRM and AI-driven tools Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement tool strategies that enhance sales efficiency Analyze adoption data and performance metrics using Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau for actionable insights Design and operationalize enablement experiences, including onboarding workflows and integrated playbooks Serve as the systems expert for go-to-market stakeholders, providing support and troubleshooting What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles within a SaaS environment Proven success in deploying programs that drive adoption of systems and processes Deep understanding of Salesforce and various sales productivity platforms Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau for analytics Strong cross-functional communication skills and strategic mindset How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
