Job Description:

Responsibilities: Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards and comply with HSE standards. Participate in HSE training programs. Perform quality checks on material master data (lead time, order quantities). Resolve non-conforming material issues with Quality teams. Initiate and manage purchase/work orders to support demand plans. Participate in supplier allocation calls and reduce lead times to balance supply with demand. Reposition excess inventory and provide updates on inventory availability and backorder recovery plans. Manage part change requests and coordinate ramp-up/ramp-down activities. Reconcile order boards for critical suppliers and past-due orders. Audit incoming parts on the warehouse floor and validate part numbers, quantities, and packaging accuracy. Resolve receiver errors by processing cases, uploading packing slips, and creating expected receipts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely case resolution. Support supplier improvement processes and drive KPI performance metrics. Requirement/Must Have:

Experience in Materials Planning and Supply Chain Operations. Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Ability to manage part changes, inventory control, and perform root cause analysis. Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Effective communication skills with Operations, Planning, and Quality teams. Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should be able to lift 25 pounds with assistance. Skills:

Materials Planning System utilization with Excel, Access, OMS as needed. Application of Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles for material flow efficiency. Part change control including obsolescence and new part releases. KPI management for performance gap analysis. Master supply scheduling and alignment with procurement and production. High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred. Experience:

2+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, or warehouse operations. Intermediate knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply planning tools.
