Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline; Minimum 5-8 years individual contributor experience in related mobility engineering area
Certification:
Base-level certification: A+, Security+, or Network+; Core functional area certification: VMware Certified Specialist - Workspace ONE 21.X Advanced Integration
Position Summary:
The Senior Lead Mobility Engineer provides technical leadership on major wireless initiatives, establishing goals and plans supporting program objectives through comprehensive mobile systems engineering across the entire system lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 5-8 years individual contributor experience in related mobility engineering areas
Base-level certification: A+, Security+, or Network+
Core functional area certification: VMware Certified Specialist - Workspace ONE 21.X Advanced Integration
Essential Responsibilities
Plan and lead major mobile technology assignments with performance evaluation and change recommendations
Function as technical expert across multiple mobile project assignments
Perform mobile systems engineering throughout entire system lifecycle supporting datacenter modernization
Develop understanding of customer organization, goals, business needs, and enterprise mobile architectures
Establish mobile system development and integration methodologies and standards
Develop mobile system architectures adhering to Enterprise Mobile Architecture standards
Utilize best practice processes in mobile systems design, development, integration, and deployment
Apply business process improvement practices to mobile business processes, principles, and methodologies
Research and evaluate mobile system designs for appropriate technology selection and efficient resource utilization
Supervise technical personnel and coordinate mobile technology initiatives
