Client is fully onsite. Role is campus-based, overseeing 4 headquarters buildings totaling ~2M sq. ft., all within walking distance. Team Overview
Responsible for managing a team consisting of: Facilities Manager (FM) Facilities Coordinator (FC) Assistant Facilities Manager (AFM) Typical Day
Oversee day-to-day campus operations, service delivery, and building maintenance. Attend client-facing meetings, propose strategies and plans to management. Ensure seamless execution of operational, financial, and workplace initiatives. Must-Have Skills
Financial Management:
Strong skills in purchase orders, budgeting, accruals, and variance reporting. Must meet strict weekly financial deadlines. Client-Facing:
Comfortable leading meetings, presenting plans, and driving strategic/tactical initiatives. Commercial/High-Rise Experience:
Proven expertise managing large office/corporate HQ environments. Strategic & Tactical Execution:
Able to manage day-to-day tasks while also shaping long-term operational strategies. Software Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work across both client and CBRE email systems. Pre-Screening Question
