Target annual earnings of $90,000 (some Team Members earning more based on performance). Pay rate $15 per hour plus bonuses outlined in the compensation plan.
No cold‑calling, lead generation, or self‑advertising fees – 100% of clients are provided by us.

Schedule Details The Sales Office operates 7 days a week. Your workday starts at 7:30‑7:45 am and ends when client interaction is complete. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. You will be assigned a 4‑day rotating working schedule thereafter, based on business needs.
Additional Responsibilities
Engage with potential owners and present luxury vacation products, providing them a way to build future vacation memories.
Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV core values and policies.
Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow‑up to ensure customer happiness.
Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest‑related issues as they arise.
Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on company products.
Generate referral leads with each new customer.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with demonstrated ability to close sales.
Valid/Active Hawaii Real Estate License.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in the sale or marketing of similar luxury goods or services, or previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
