Job Description An excellent international law firm is seeking a Real Estate & Transactions Associate (46 years) to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented attorney to take ownership of high-value commercial real estate finance matters and work directly with top-tier institutional clients. What Youll Do
Handle 85-90% of transaction responsibilities independently with minimal supervision. Represent both borrowers and lenders in : Commercial mortgage, construction, and mezzanine loans Syndicated, participated, and securitized transactions Draft and negotiate complex financing and transactional documents. Advise clients including public companies, national banks, blue-chip developers, and real estate investment firms . Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on acquisition, leasing, development, and financing transactions. What They are Looking For
46 years of experience in commercial real estate finance at a law firm. Proven ability to lead transaction workstreams and independently manage deals. Deep understanding of syndication, securitization, participation , and construction lending structures. Experience working with commercial developers, owner / operators, REITs, and institutional lenders. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Admission to the bar in a FL or NY.
