General Manager What you will do
as the leader of your restaurant: mentor and develop team members, instill the Wendy’s culture, motivate the team to exceed customer expectations, and maintain total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant. Qualifications
Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.). Strong background in restaurant operations with proven benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Passion for developing and leading teams and a drive for excellence. Benefits
