Be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure store success. Instill the Wendy’s culture within your team and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations on every visit. Assume total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant. Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell). Strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated success in achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
