As a General Manager, you will lead the restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to drive store success. Instill the Wendy’s culture, motivate the team to exceed customer expectations, and maintain total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant. What else is in it for you?

Requirements: Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell). Strong background in restaurant operations with proven benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
