Position Overview

The CEO will serve as the senior-most executive, reporting directly to the private equity sponsor and Board of Directors. This leader will be responsible for refining the company’s strategy, driving operational excellence, and positioning the business for continued growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of healthcare industry expertise, operational leadership, and a track record of scaling organizations in fast-growing, PE-backed environments. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth:

Drive expansion into new geographies, service lines, and strategic partnerships. Operational Excellence:

Ensure efficiency and scalability across clinical operations, compliance, and back-office support functions. Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and retain a strong leadership team with a culture of accountability, collaboration, and patient focus. Financial Management:

Oversee P&L, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and capital allocation to maximize performance. M&A & Integration:

Identify and integrate acquisitions, ensuring smooth operational and cultural alignment. Patient & Market Focus:

Strengthen relationships with patients, providers, and partners, ensuring consistent delivery of care quality and outcomes. Board & Investor Relations:

Act as the primary liaison with the private equity sponsor and Board of Directors, delivering transparent communication and results-driven updates. Qualifications

Proven success as a CEO, President, or senior executive within healthcare services, multi-site, or physician practice management. Experience leading businesses with revenues of $100M–$250M, preferably in PE-backed environments. Demonstrated ability to scale operations, enhance EBITDA, and successfully execute acquisition strategies. Strong financial acumen and operational management expertise. Track record of leading high-performance teams with a patient- and service-first mindset. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or advanced degree preferred. Compensation
