Company Overview Our client, a private equity–backed technology-enabled business services company with revenues of $50M, is entering a high-growth phase following its recent acquisition. With a strong foundation in recurring revenue, customer relationships, and scalable technology, the
company
is seeking a visionary CEO to lead its transformation and drive enterprise value. Position Overview The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, building a best-in-class leadership team, and driving operational performance. Reporting directly to the private equity sponsor, this executive will balance execution discipline with growth-oriented vision, scaling the company both organically and through acquisition. Responsibilities
Strategic Growth – Define and implement strategies to expand market share, accelerate revenue growth, and build scalable infrastructure. Operational Execution – Ensure efficient, customer-focused delivery of services while improving margins and scalability. Team Leadership – Attract, develop, and retain a strong leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution. Financial Oversight – Lead full P&L ownership, manage budgets, and deliver on performance commitments to the Board and investors. Technology Enablement – Leverage digital platforms and tools to enhance service delivery and create competitive differentiation. M&A Execution – Identify, evaluate, and integrate strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth. Investor & Board Relations – Act as the primary liaison to the private equity sponsor and Board of Directors, providing transparent communication and reporting. Qualifications
Proven success as a CEO, President, or senior executive in business services, technology-enabled services, or SaaS-like environments. Prior experience leading a PE-backed company strongly preferred. Track record of scaling businesses in the $25M–$100M revenue range. Strong P&L ownership and financial management experience. Demonstrated success in driving both organic and acquisition-driven growth. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Compensation
