Specialty Representative, Dermatology - Las Vegas North Join to apply for the Specialty Representative, Dermatology - Las Vegas North role at AbbVie. This geography covers Northern Las Vegas, Summerlin, and all of Northern Nevada (Reno, Tahoe, Sparks, Carson City, etc.). Responsibilities
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives, aiming to meet or exceed these targets. Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and perform post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance. Handle objections and concerns effectively to close on sales calls. Aim to serve customer needs and expectations, build trusted relationships, and achieve win–win agreements between AbbVie and customers. Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities. Build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, accounts, disease, product, clinical and sales knowledge; share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align and optimize brand strategy. Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and identify disease state experts and advocates to maximize brand performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience. If no bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry with three years within this sector is preferred; high school diploma/GED required. Proven track record in selling with strong presentation skills. Ability to adapt selling approaches to customer style; provide innovative ideas to maximize opportunities; respond to changes. Influences others and is viewed as a credible role model; builds collaborative partnerships and leads by example. Demonstrated leadership and experience in roles with increasing responsibility at district, regional, or organizational levels; uses findings to develop sales strategies. Preferred: experience in sales within therapeutic areas; pharmaceutical industry experience in physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing; English proficiency for all non-English speaking locations. Must satisfy all applicable HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities in the assigned territory; in good standing or eligible to obtain these credentials. Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge and is recognized as an expert resource by stakeholders; strong business acumen and proficiency with business tools; able to operate in a matrix environment. Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements. Ability to drive a personal vehicle or company car, or operate related equipment as required. Base pay range: $78,500.00/yr - $192,500.00/yr AbbVie offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in short-term and long-term incentive programs. Additional Information
