GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Finance Innovation Team exists to improve the lives of teammates through better processes, tools, and data. This role leads enterprise planning and reporting data and technologies across DaVita Kidney Care, working with home office and field functions to define, create, and deploy tools and processes that ensure the right data is available at the right time.
Change agent and process improvement: This leadership position builds and sustains technologies and processes to streamline workflow, eliminate redundancy, and improve the user experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting and Business Process Management Leadership
Work with teams to identify where technology and processes can be deployed to advance Continuous Improvement.
Provide business problem-solving expertise to ensure successful IT initiatives.
Maintain current knowledge of information technology to support competitive analysis.
Define and prioritize user stories in the development and implementation of new tools and processes.
Analyze complex business problems; create project feasibility studies and business process models.
Define scope, assess capabilities, identify problems, propose innovative ideas, and recommend actionable steps.
Gather future state requirements and identify organizational changes required to realize technology benefits.
Evaluate solution options; conduct detailed cost/benefit analyses and assess impact of IT plans.
Assist in developing and presenting long-term technology solutions and plans.
Solution Project Planning
Direct solution planning
Oversee and lead the Agile development process
Identify business analytics and incentive metrics to measure results
Facilitate project communication among relevant stakeholders
Other duties and responsibilities
Attend team meetings, conferences, and training as needed
Follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department procedures
Travel required: up to 10%

Manage direct reports
Lead cross-functional teams on large, Village-wide projects and rollouts
Balance organizational objectives with timelines and resources when setting scope
Interact with Senior Management for guidance and buy-in
Set and adapt project scope as needed
Manage project budget and staffing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties; computer skills as required.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Experience in enterprise planning and reporting systems and/or data management strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multiple, medium-to-large, cross-functional teams or projects
Experience in Agile development and project planning/execution strongly preferred
Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
