Design and execute comprehensive document review strategies and production workflows Lead case teams through discovery processes, including developing review protocols and training procedures Provide counsel on electronically stored information best practices for litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters Supervise contract attorney teams’ performance metrics and quality assurance, providing constructive feedback on deliverables Conduct detailed document review using Relativity Develop cost-effective, defensible review strategies and assist in designing efficient discovery plans Collaborate with leadership on strategic electronic discovery service improvements and efficiency initiatives About the role

This is a full-time role with a compensation range of $175,000 - $195,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits (medical, dental and vision coverage), health savings accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, bonuses, generous PTO, and parental leave. The position involves managing complex electronic discovery processes and leading high-stakes document review projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Qualifications
