Overview

Director, Pricing & Profitability Management at CHEP North America. The role leads pricing strategies to drive sustainable, profitable growth and partners with commercial, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Strategy, and Marketing teams. Base pay range: $163,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr. This range is provided by CHEP; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Location : Alpharetta, GA — Hybrid in office 2-3 days per week. Note: offices will be moving from Alpharetta, GA to the Atlanta Metro area in Fall 2026 (Promenade Central, 1200 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309). Direct & Indirect Reports: 4 Salary and compensation information is provided for guidance and may vary by factors such as location, experience, and company policy.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize profitable revenue.

Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, define customer value propositions, assess willingness to pay (WTP), and set optimal pricing targets.

Use modeling, analytics, and econometrics to inform pricing decisions for products and services.

Partner with senior leaders across Business Units and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Strategy, and Marketing.

Embed competitive insights into the North America pricing strategy and align with broader business objectives.

Serve as a strategic advisor on pricing to support the organization’s goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance leadership roles.

Strong analytical background with expertise in econometrics, pricing models, and value-based pricing.

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business impact through pricing initiatives.

Key Measures

Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy that delivers cumulative pricing impact as part of CHEP’s multi-year transformation plan.

Drive continuous improvement in profit in alignment with CHEP’s long-term financial goals.

Achieve revenue and profit contribution targets in collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams.

Optimize customer retention and volume growth through elasticity modeling and segmentation strategies.

Establish standardized pricing strategies and models for both existing and new products and services.

Provide regular updates to executive leadership on pricing and profitability initiatives with analytics and actionable recommendations.

Lead pricing initiatives that promote consistent margin optimization and deploy scalable pricing tools/programs.

Integrate competitive intelligence and apply game theory and scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities and define strategic actions.
