Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a highly proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a Partner. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can confidently manage shifting priorities with ease. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise, ensuring the Partner’s time is optimized for strategic initiatives. Base pay range $65.00/hr - $70.00/hr Please note : This is an on-site, 5-month contract based in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $65-$70/hr. Responsibilities
Proactively manage a complex and demanding calendar, including frequent changes and last-minute scheduling adjustments. Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries with precision. Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact, managing communications with discretion and professionalism. Anticipate needs and provide solutions quickly without being flustered by changes or competing priorities. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Support special projects, presentations, and high-priority initiatives as directed. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within private equity, investment banking, or a similarly demanding environment. Proven ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities seamlessly. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and professional. Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond quickly to requests or unexpected changes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling/travel tools.
