Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management
Administer employee benefits and leave policies
Partner with recruiting to set up interviews and onboarding
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Assist in performance management processes and employee relations
Update HR policies and ensure they align with company goals and legal standards
Support training and development initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR generalist or relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
