Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and vendor contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including intake, negotiation, execution, and reporting Maintain and enforce legal processes to ensure compliance and efficiency Lead strategic initiatives, including the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing 5+ years of experience practicing law, with at least 2+ years of in-house experience Expertise in commercial contracting and corporate law, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory issues relevant to health and student data Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications
