What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead legal support for hyperscale customer negotiations, including data center leases and service agreements
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Development, Operations, and Executive leadership to negotiate transactions
Manage outside counsel when specialized expertise is required
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts with various stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal contract policies and risk management standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
Six or more years of experience in contract negotiation, real estate, lease negotiation, and/or corporate law
Strong analytical, time management, judgment, and decision-making skills
Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with ERP systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Box, and DocuSign
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time efficiently
Ambitious and optimistic attitude
