About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished and visionary Sr. Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise/Field Sales team. You will drive Cloudflare's most strategic customer engagements, leading the charge in securing and expanding critical platform sales within focused accounts. The ideal candidate possesses leadership in sales, a deep understanding of enterprise architecture across business, data, applications, and technology, and the ability to articulate how Cloudflare integrates into modern cloud operating models. What You’ll Do

Executive-Level Strategic Revenue Leadership: Own and execute the most critical territory and account plans, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets and annual quotas by closing large-scale platform sales within focused, strategic accounts. Precision Forecasting & Pipeline Mastery: Lead with forecast accuracy and proactive pipeline management; provide strategic guidance that shapes the sales organization. Enterprise Architecture & Business Model Expertise: Demonstrate expert understanding of customer Enterprise Architecture across four pillars and map Cloudflare solutions to modern cloud operating models. C-Suite Engagement & Executive Sponsorship: Lead complex customer engagements, manage executive sponsorship programs, and engage CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Lead virtual teams including Product Managers, VPs, and SVPs to close strategic opportunities; address roadblocks and share learnings. Digital Transformation Visionary: Be Cloudflare’s voice on digital transformation and position Cloudflare within broader market trends. Organizational Communication & Feedback: Craft clear messaging across departments, review performance, and deliver constructive feedback. Long-Term Strategic Impact: Articulate long-term impacts of decisions and model Cloudflare’s high standards. Define Goals & Drive Efficiency: Define team goals and metrics, review results, and address interdependencies to achieve efficient outcomes. Company-Wide Innovation & Problem Solving: Address internal and external needs, drive efficiency, and foster positive change. Inclusive Leadership & Future-Proofing: Bring diverse perspectives and anticipate future problems to benefit Cloudflare. Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

10+ years of expert-level experience selling complex, multi-million dollar technology solutions in a B2B enterprise model with a track record of exceeding quota. Extensive knowledge of Cloudflare’s product suite and the broader security landscape; ability to educate customers and partners at an expert level. Mastery of Customer Enterprise Architecture and mapping to business models and modern cloud operating environments. Experience applying executive sponsorship programs and influencing CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. Proven ability to lead virtual teams to manage and close strategic opportunities. Thought leadership in digital transformation and market trends; ability to position Cloudflare as a key partner. Exceptional strategic communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at the highest levels. Long-term, transformational decision-making aligned with Cloudflare’s goals. Ability to define team goals, drive cross-departmental efficiency, and address roadblocks proactively. Leadership that challenges the status quo and drives positive change. Expert-level proficiency in sales and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, G Suite, MS Office, MEDDPICC). Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree highly preferred. Ability to travel extensively as required. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation : Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. Estimated annual salary of $320,000-$350,000 (base/variable). This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare's Sales Compensation Plan. The estimated annual salary range includes on-target incentive compensation.
