About The Role
In this role you will be a key player in our Field Sales Operations. You will prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in your assigned territory, coordinate with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment, and initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within large enterprise prospects. You will develop relationships with net new customers, manage deals, and connect customers with Workday solutions, particularly core financials. You will negotiate deals with C-Suite executives and maintain accurate forecast data.
Responsibilities
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory
Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment
Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects
Develop relationships with net new customers with a focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions, especially core financials
Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities
Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and forecast data
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
5+ years experience collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and manage multiple deals
5+ years experience with managing longer deal cycles and prospecting for opportunities
Other Qualifications
Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape and staying up to date with trends to position Workday solutions
Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
Experience partnering with internal teams on account strategies for short and long-term prospecting and territory management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and other locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary by location. This role may be eligible for a bonus plan or commission, as well as stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $146,900 USD - $179,500 USD
