Overview As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members so you and your store are successful. You will be responsible for instilling the Wendy’s culture into your team and motivating them to go above and beyond, so each customer’s expectations are exceeded every visit. You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.

Responsibilities

Lead restaurant operations to achieve benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Coach and develop team members, uphold Wendy’s culture, and drive high performance and engagement.

Ensure quality product and customer service to exceed customer expectations on every visit.

Manage total operational and financial performance of the restaurant.

Qualifications

Three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).

Strong background in restaurant operations with a track record of achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Passion for developing and leading teams and a drive for excellence.
