Executive Director

with previous experience in Assisted Living with a valid NC Administrators License. Lead the community’s daily operations, interact with staff and residents, prospects, and residents’ families; build and maintain strong working relationships with the management team. Develop and implement the business plan with the district team; manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor performance against goals and drive improvements to meet Company service and financial standards. Act as a hands-on leader who supervises, directs, and motivates staff; ensure appropriate staffing levels and foster teamwork and an inclusive culture. Attract, develop, engage, and retain associates; oversee recruiting, training, promotions, and disciplinary actions; analyze recruiting and retention trends to improve performance. Build resident satisfaction and retention; maintain positive resident relations; lead efforts to improve occupancy and partner with the Resident Council as needed; administer resident satisfaction surveys and address opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure care and services meet resident needs; oversee resident services including admissions, healthcare management, and documentation to ensure compliance with policies and laws. Maintain financial acumen to meet revenue and profitability targets; explore revenue enhancement and expense reduction opportunities while adhering to policies. Drive sales and marketing efforts with the community sales leader to achieve occupancy and revenue targets; engage with prospects and implement approved sales strategies. Build relationships with local influencers and professionals to raise community profile; represent the community to government agencies, professional organizations, and community groups as appropriate. Ensure facilities meet company standards through preventive maintenance oversight and inspections; enforce policies and maintain applicable licenses. Qualifications

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two years in operational leadership; additional years may substitute for education. Certifications, Licenses, and Other Requirements:

Valid administrator license in states where required; valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use. Management/Decision Making:

Ability to lead overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of resident care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance; supervise according to policy and law. Knowledge and Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; effective delegation and problem-solving. Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
