Provide influential technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams Own complete solutions across their entire life cycle Collaborate with product managers, architects, and team members to solve complex problems Lead architectural design discussions and participate in peer reviews Mentor junior team members and drive digital transformation initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluency in Java and at least one other modern programming language (e.g., C++, C#) Minimum of 12 years of professional software development experience, primarily in a Java framework Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively Experience in architectural design and leading significant system initiatives Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly within Azure How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in architectural design and leading system initiatives Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud services Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation and modernizing legacy applications
